Privacy Policy

Shop Marshal ("we," "us"), developed under Streamline Automation Solutions LLC, runs the early-access list at shopmarshal.com. This policy explains what we collect when you join that list, why, and your choices.
What we collect
When you join early access, the form collects only:
- Required: your name, work email, company, and primary trade.
- Optional: your approximate field team size, and the biggest back-office problem you want to eliminate.
We collect nothing else through the form. (See "Anonymous usage signals" below for the first-party, no-personal-data event signals the page sends.)
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about Shop Marshal early access and the product updates you asked for. We do not use it for any other purpose.
How we store it
Your information is stored in a dedicated, isolated database (Cloudflare D1), encrypted at rest, with access limited to the operators of Shop Marshal.
Bot protection and abuse prevention
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. For that check, Cloudflare receives a challenge token and your IP address; your form details are not sent to Turnstile. Your IP address is also used to rate-limit the form and prevent abuse; for that it is hashed and is not stored in raw form.
Anonymous usage signals
To understand how the early-access page is used, the site sends first-party, anonymous event signals (for example, an event name like "form started" and a timestamp) to our own endpoint. These signals contain no personal data and set no cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We use Resend to send the confirmation email and any updates you opted into. Only your email address and the message content (the confirmation and unsubscribe links) are sent to Resend to deliver the email. None of your other information is shared with Resend.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only third party that touches your data is our email provider (Resend), and only the minimum needed to deliver an email to you.
Double opt-in
After you sign up, you must confirm via the link we email you before you are added to the list. If you do not confirm, your address is not added and no further email is sent.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the one-click link in any email we send. Unsubscribing deletes your record.
- Or email us and we will remove you.
Retention
We keep your information while you are on the early-access list. When you unsubscribe, your record is deleted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the current version.
